专利说明:

A bed frame, consisting of a frame and a support element installed in the frame for a mattress or similar sleeping element, wherein the support element is made of a plurality of parts and consists of at least a first tilt-adjustable support part and a second support part which is adjustable in a limited inclination with respect to the first support part, so that in a position of base, the two support parts are aligned in the plane subtended by the frame and form a flat bearing surface, that in an intermediate position, the second support part is moved to an inclined position in which it forms an angle obtuse with the first support part, and that in a final position, maintaining the inclined position between the first support part and the second support part, the the first support part is moved into an inclined position in which it forms an obtuse angle with the plane of the frame, knowing further that the first support part is, by its end remote from the second support part, articulated on the sides on the frame via articulated levers, that the second support part is hingedly connected to the first support part, and that a rotating cross member is arranged on the frame, which is rotatable by means of a servo drive and which leaves two control levers, preferably in several parts, which act on the second support part, knowing that the ends of the servo levers in several parts on the one hand are laterally articulated to the amounts of the second part of support and on the other hand are attached or rigidly connected to the rotating traverse.
A bed of similar type is known from DE 20 2007 006 785.2. In the embodiment shown in this document, the first support part, which serves as a support part for the back, is mounted in a slide on the frame. The second support part, which serves as a headrest, is connected to a rotating cross by means of several control levers in several parts. With this arrangement, the upward pivoting movement of the first support part and the second support part can be effected by actuating the rotating crosspiece, knowing that the longitudinal translation necessarily resulting from the first support part is taken into account. load and performed by a slide.
A similar configuration is known from DE 2005 006 753.9. Here, the first support part is articulated by its end frame side via pairs of articulated levers. Thus, when the first support portion and then the first support part are initially pivoted upwards, the resulting longitudinal translation of the first support part is taken over by the articulated levers.
In the case of an arrangement according to which the first support part is connected to the frame via articulated levers and the second support part is coupled to the cross member by means of multi-part control levers, the result of the plurality of hinge points which are not provided integral with the frame, the possibilities of movement of the supporting parts relative to each other and with respect to the frame, especially when the support parts are moved to the final position or in the intermediate position. This means that when a user bumps laterally against the edge of the support part or against the support on the support part, there is an unwanted mobility that makes the user believe that the assembly is not not stable enough. Indeed, such a configuration is relatively unstable mainly vis-à-vis such transverse forces.
From this state of the art, the object of the invention is to provide a box spring of the generic type with which the stability of the support parts with respect to each other and with respect to the frame is also achieved. the intermediate position and in the working position, although it is not planned to have the rotation points of the first support part directly on the frame.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by the fact that each servo lever consists of a first partial lever which is fixed to the rotating cross member, and a second partial lever which is articulated by its first end to the end of the first partial lever and at its other end to a support fixed on a post of the second support part, and in that the second partial levers are rigidly connected to each other by a stiffener.
In that the second partial levers of the control levers are rigidly interconnected by a stiffener, the second support portion is generally stiffened. It also results that the mobility of the levers on the frame side, to which is articulated the first support part, is blocked, so that a stable construction is generally provided which, also in the intermediate position and in the working position, guarantees a rigid connection of the elements to each other.
Preferably, it is provided that the stiffener is formed by a spacer whose ends are fixedly connected to the second partial levers.
In a particularly preferred manner, it is provided that the ends of the stiffener are connected to the second partial levers near the pivot points articulated on the support.
In a manner known per se, it is provided that two articulated levers are respectively articulated in pairs, at one end, on the sides of the first support part, and their other ends are articulated respectively on a support secured to the frame.
The following description describes in more detail an embodiment of the invention which is shown in the drawings, among which: FIG. 1 is an inclined view, from above, of a bed base for beds; Figure 2 shows the same frame in side view; Figure 3 shows the bed base in a first intermediate position; Figure 4 shows the same bed base in a second intermediate position; Figure 5 shows the same frame in a final position.
The bed base for a bed consists of a frame 1 which is essentially made in the form of a rectangular element. In the drawings, the front longitudinal leg of the frame is cut out.
A support element 2 for a mattress or a similar sleeping element is installed in this frame 1. In the drawing, the spacers that this support element normally has not been represented in order to form a corresponding bearing surface for a mattress or the like.
The support element 2 is made of several parts, knowing that will be described below only the important components relative to the invention. The support element 2 thus consists of a first tilt-adjustable support part 3 and a second support part 4 which is adjustable in a limited inclination with respect to the first support part 3. In the position As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the two support portions 3,4 are in the plane subtended by the frame 1 and thus form a flat bearing surface. In a first intermediate position, which is shown in FIG. 3, only the second support part 4 is pivoted upwards in an inclined position, so that it forms an obtuse angle with the first support part 3. It is is a first comfort position in which only the second support portion 4, which serves as a headrest, is pivoted upwards. Figure 4 shows another intermediate position in which both the first support part 3 and the second support part 4 are pivoted upwards. The second support part 4 is coupled to the first support part 3 so that, at reaching the angle of inclination according to FIG. 3, the pivoting of the second support part 4 with respect to the first support part 3 is no longer possible. On the contrary, the continuation of the action exerted on the second support part 4 then causes the upward pivoting of the first support part 3. The first support part 3 here constitutes a support for the back. In the final position shown in FIG. 5, the first support portion 3 is pivoted upwardly to its maximum position, and the second support portion 4 is always rotated forward relative to the first support portion 3.
The first support part 3 is, at its end remote from the second support part 4, articulated on the sides on the frame 1 via articulated levers 5. The fitting plate 6 on which these articulated levers 5 are articulated is fixed on the frame 1. The second support part 4 is, as already explained, connected to the first support part 3 in an articulated manner with a limited ability to pivot. A hinge 7 is provided for this purpose. The limitation of the pivoting angle is obtained by the abutment of the edges of the parts 3 and 4 in the position pivoted upwards. A rotating crosspiece 8 is furthermore fastened to the frame 1 by means of fitting plates 9. An actuating appendage 10 protrudes from this rotating crossmember 8, on which appendage, for example, a linear servo-drive may be used by means of which can move the support parts automatically. Two control levers 11 in several parts start from the rotating crosspiece 8, levers which act on the second support part 4, knowing that the ends of the control levers 11 in several parts on the one hand are articulated laterally to the longitudinal uprights of the second support part 4 and on the other hand are fixed or rigidly connected in another way to the rotating crosspiece 8.
Each servo lever 11 consists of a first partial lever 12 which is fixed to the rotating crosspiece 8, and a second partial lever 13 which is articulated by its first end to the end of the first partial lever 12 and by its other end to a support 14 fixed on an amount of the second support part 4.
The second partial levers 13 are rigidly interconnected by a stiffener 15. The stiffener 15 is formed by a spacer whose ends are fixedly connected to the second partial levers 13. The arrangement is here provided so that the ends of the stiffener 15 are connected to the second partial levers 13 near articulated articulation points on the support 14, which is advantageous for the desired stability.
Two articulated levers 5 are respectively articulated in pairs, at one end, on the sides of the first support portion 3, and their other ends are articulated respectively on the support 6 secured to the frame.
By the arrangement of these articulated levers, it is obtained that the elongation of the elements relative to the frame which results from the tilt adjustment of the elements is compensated. The stiffener 15 stabilizes the whole of the structure, whereas the points of rotation of the first support part 3 are not arranged directly on the frame 1, but are articulated on the frame by means of the articulated levers 5. makes other points of articulation between the partial levers 12, 13, one obtains in itself a mobility when forces are exerted laterally, mainly on the support portion pivoted upwards. The stiffener 15 is provided to compensate for this game and stabilize the entire structure: it carries a bridging between the levers 13 and thus also a blockage of the mobility of the articulated levers 5 frame side.
By this simple structural measure, one provides globally an extremely stable structure.
The invention is not limited to the exemplary embodiment, but may be subject to many variations in the context of disclosure.
All new individual features and combinations of features disclosed in the description and / or drawings are considered essential to the invention.
